The Italian Government conceded 4 different soft loans to the albanian government in the sector of Energy and Infrastructures, for a total budget of euro 145,1 MLN, foscuing on:
- Improvement of the Albanian energy distribution and road network, through joint planning with the Ministry of Public Works;
- Support and capacity building to ensure proper management and alignment with European regulations.
