A month of events of the Italian System in Albania kicks off on 14 October and until 19 November. It is called VALE 2021 and was organized by the Embassy of Italy in Tirana, in collaboration with Aics, the Italian Cultural Institute, ICE and NGOs active in the Albanian territory.
