Friendship and facts. Today at COD, Prime Minister’s Office in Tirana, has been signed a new chapter in the history of cooperation between Albania and Italy. Minister Arben Ahmetaj and Ambassador Fabrizio Bucci launched a bilateral agreement for 95M euro – grants and soft loans -, in support of Public Buildings, new Energy Infrastructures, Civil Protection, Disaster Risk Reduction and Blue Economy.
It will support the post-earthquake reconstruction and the EU integration of Albania. Change is real.
