Scope of the contract is to promote the European Union commitment, along with the Albanian Government and the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation, in the safeguard and enhancement of the Albanian cultural heritage and the sustainable social and economic development of the local communities of the Fier region (in particular Byllis archeological park).
